D-PARMY was established in 2012 from the desire to transform a passion for wood and inlay into fine writing instruments. Damiano Parmiggiani, a lover of fountain pens and owner of a historical company in Reggio Emilia, initiated an ambitious project whits a highly skilled inlayer. The inspiration is wood, with its harmonious shades and grain. The technique is the inlay, the art of assembling different types of wood by tapping into che ancient tradition of cabinet making and the manufacture of furniture and musical instruments. D-Parmy pens are designed tu inspire and render every writing special. They’re made to flow along with a trace of ink signifyng sophistication, charm and tradition.

Her production is charming because it vividly witnesses the research for a personal language by experiencing different techniques and styles, from landscapes with a naïf footprint to Indian ink paintings inspired by a delightful graphic hint.
